Is It Possible to Leave a Generational Legacy of Your Online Business?

By
A legacy is something that is very powerful and it is more than an inheritance from birth right, money or an endowment. We should start thinking to leave a good legacy because it shows that you have done your part in imparting and transforming other people's lives for better.
Right now you are doing business online experiences that you or trying to earn extra cash online that has not been easy, but with your persistence one day you will be able to share your value of triumphs and failures and also the good and the bad experiences that you have encountered while trying to do business online. So that you next generation will have a much smoother journey in their life.
Leaving a generational legacy it is what you always will be remembered which includes: The name, wisdom, and the quality time that you have spent with your loved ones. Money, good connection of networks, your ideas, beliefs, values and culture that you will transfer to your next generation
Generational legacy is an unquantifiable value that you should give to your loved ones. It is not good that we should only think about ourselves, but we should also think about others. If you want to be remembered now and after like Kuan Yew the first and the longest Prime Minister of Singapore, Dr Martin Luther King Jr, Sam Walton, Harvard, Princeton and Yale.
After so much trials and errors of trying to make money online, I came to conclusion that you can leave a generation legacy through your online business.
For those who may be wandering who am I? My name is Alice, I am a mother of 7 children and I am a health care worker. I have been a nurse for nearly 10 years but for the pass few years I have been trying to make extra money online. I have bought courses and courses but with no results. I have spent time and time online trying to make money but I had no results. I started to become very frustrated but I made my mind I was not going to give up. This is because I understood that it was possible for me to make money online and leave a good generational legacy for my children.
One day I came across a programme that I started doing. I followed this programme step by step and now I am making more than £10,000 a month. I was working before 37.5 hours a week but now I am only working 11.5 hours a week.
My goal of leaving a legacy for my children has allowed standing and fighting with giants in order to advance faster into my goals. Even though it was very hard making money online but the legacy that I am transferring it is making life easier for the next generation.

How Knowledge Management Can Grow Your Business

By

Knowledge is a powerful asset that can help you grow your business. Effectively capturing and using knowledge that can be shared with others and help you to progress. How can you use this knowledge to competitive advantage? Read on to learn how sharing knowledge helps you to grow your business.
Develop a Deeper Understanding
One of the best ways to become more of an expert at something is to teach it. A cornerstone of knowledge management is to educate others on certain topics, which can help you to develop a deeper understanding of the subject and learn any new or any areas that you're unsure of. You expand your expertise and answer any questions, which helps you teach yourself while you strengthen your business.
Meet for the Purpose of Knowledge Management
Monthly meetings with the entire staff, either company wide or department wide, with some set questions can uncover marketing ideas and competitive strengths that are unique to your business and can create more success. Effective collaboration and communication that encompasses your entire business will give knowledge the power to really grow your business.
Create New Marketing Channels
Knowledge management will uncover each employee's strengths and unique abilities. Having more than one person creating and taking on marketing activities can help turn your business into a customer oriented enterprise. Have knowledge sharing meetings recorded by either video or a transcriber so you are sure to capture all the great ideas. And remember that a mediocre idea, once it gets knowledge sharing added to it, can become a great idea.
Increase Productivity
A deeper understanding of knowledge management can help to streamline productivity and make resource use more efficient. Knowledge can be captured and assembled into an online course that employees can access to learn about the most efficient way of doing or using something.
Through knowledge management, an online course can offer open access and directions that provide insights into job roles and duties to streamline work processes and management time.
Establish Your Reputation In Your Industry
Knowledge management helps you to establish an industry wide reputation because it facilitates becoming a thought leader. While the best ideas may be competitive secrets, many ideas will arise in the meetings that can be turned into speaking engagements, seminars, eBooks, blogs, and online courses, that raise your business profile. This will position you as a thought leader which will help your business to grow.

A Short Rant About Email Marketing Mistakes to Avoid

f the thought of using emails to sell intimidates you, don't worry. The good news is that if you screw up email marketing, you're in good company.
You can even get decent results if you make these mistakes, apparently. I wouldn't know - I was lucky enough to receive some excellent training before I started dabbling.
Even without this training, I like to think I'd avoid some of these. The biggest screw-ups seem obvious to me. Based on what pollutes my inbox (temporarily, before I race towards the unsubscribe link), even some experts need a little schooling on this.
Don't think of this as a rant. Think of it as a list of things to avoid doing.
The first thing is to make sure your name makes sense.
Yes, this is advice that I need to give apparently. Again, some digital marketing experts get this wrong. But your emails should clearly be from you (if you want to be personable) or your company's name (if you want your brand to shine).
Many people say you should never use your company's name as your email's name. I think 'never' is a little strong, but it's not bad advice. If you're unsure, go for the personal touch.
But when I talk about your name, I mean your full name. Somewhere along the line, I subscribed to something and started receiving emails from 'Jack'.
Yes, that was their name.
Jack who? Am I supposed to know who 'Jack' is?
Is everybody?
If people on your email list have no idea who's emailing them, guess what? They'll mark you as spam and hit unsubscribe. Your hard work attracting them ended up hurting you.
Not smart.
The second thing is to never send an email you wouldn't love to read. If your email is nothing but a naked sales pitch, it better be a darn entertaining one. People aren't going to install adblockers on their browsers and then welcome ads into their inboxes.
Now, that's not to say you never sell to your list. You're a business, after all. The whole point of having a list is for selling.
But be smart about it. When you email them, include a story, a useful bit of trivia or some practical advice. Add value to their day. Make them feel happy that they chose to subscribe to you. Then, somewhere in that valuable little email, put a link or two to something you're selling.
If you do both of these things, you train your list to like you. They'll see your name and know that you're sharing something great. If they're in a buying mood, they'll buy. If not, you haven't wasted their time.
I see other common mistakes out there. Certainly more than I should. I can't imagine how much money they cost them.
Bypass these and it's like finding a shortcut towards money and influence.
I'm happy to discuss more of these with you. Not just the mistakes, but also the best strategies to avoid them.
I'm ready to talk when you are:

Using the Different Types of Social Networks to Benefit Your Business

You probably interact with several different social networks. As a business owner, you are probably familiar with online marketing because you recognize the need for social media marketing. The reality is that since everyone else is doing it online, you need to do it as well. If you don't have that approach, you will be left in the dust and everyone else will move past you. However, what you may not realize is that there are several different types of social networks that may benefit your business.
The popular social networks and then some
The chances are that you are involved with the popular social networks, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. You may also be interacting using Instagram and YouTube. On the other hand, you may not even be aware of the other social networks and how amazing they may be for your brand and for your business. What you may not realize is just how much there is to social media and how much more you may be able to get out of it than you are aware of right now.
The different types of social networks do all sorts of different things and help you to accomplish what you want to accomplish in many different creative ways.
  • Social networks: The function and purpose of a social network are really simple. Social networks connect people to each other. That is exactly why they are called social networks. Social networks can benefit your business in several different ways, such as allowing you to do market research, generating leads, building relationships, etc.

  • Discussion forums: A discussion forum is a great place to get involved if you want to share your opinions with other people, hear their opinions, and really get a stimulating conversation going. All sorts of interesting nuggets of information can emerge as a result of a discussion that you have on a discussion forum.

  • Networks that share media: A network that shares media does just that. It is a network where people can share all types of media, such as photos, videos, and any other type of media that you can imagine. This type of network can benefit your business in similar ways to what happens with social networks. They can help you to build your brand and to build relationships, engage your target audience members, and generate leads, among a whole list of benefits. In many cases, these types of media are more effective than words (if used in combination, your content will be highly effective). It is important to remember that many people are visual, which is why they respond so well to visual content.

  • Content curation and bookmarking networks: If you are searching for new content, this is the type of network to do it. There is a good chance that not all of the content that you share is original content. You may be curating some of your content, which is an intelligent part of your online content marketing strategy. There are networks that can help you to get where you are going in this regard. This type of network can benefit your business in several different ways, including increasing your brand awareness, engaging your target audience members, and increasing traffic to your website.

  • Networks where you can leave product and/or service reviews: This is an important type of network because other business owners count on your opinion and similar opinions from other people. The fact is that everyone considers and buys a variety of products and services. Why not go a step further and share your opinion about what you have researched and purchased? It will certainly help the business owners if you do so.

  • Networks for publishing content: Content is the bread and butter of all businesses. No matter what you do and what you offer, the fact is that you will need to tell other people about those offering and your brand. Otherwise, the person on the other end will not know about you and if they don't know about you, you will not be able to establish a relationship with them and they will not buy anything from you at any point. Content marketing is a necessary approach for all businesses. The networks that specifically enable business people to effectively share their content for maximum impact are a critical tool to the success of those businesses (yours included).

  • Networks where people with common interests can get together: This type of network can apply to personal or professional interests. They are very effective and very successful on the whole. Because this type of network helps people to build relationships, that also means that you will be engaging the other person and build your brand.

  • Networks where people can shop for products: Since shopping is necessary and everyone does it, this type of network will be around for a very long time. Similarly to the other networks that have been discussed here, this type of network can also build brand awareness, enhance engagement, and sell products to other people.

  • Networks where people can trade: This one is probably obvious. If you have things that you don't want or need anymore, there is a very good chance that there is another person who does need and want it. It is a great way to clean up and build some sort of relationship at the same time.

  • Networks where people can be anonymous: One of the most attractive features of the Internet for many people is the idea that they are anonymous. Before the Internet, many people were reluctant or afraid to communicate using their own name. Now they can hide behind anonymity, which feels safer. Of course, it is not always the right approach to take but it is how many people feel.
Conclusion
Even if you don't get involved with all of the different types of social networks, it is important that you are aware of their existence and understand exactly what they are for and how they work. It is interesting to note that most of the different types of social networks have common threads: building brand awareness, engaging audience members, and establishing new relationships. It is only then that you will be in the position to reject them if you don't feel that they will work effectively for your business.
